All this has an impact on the environment; therefore, the World Sustainability Organization has created a Friend of the Earth certification standard for tourist facilities reducing this impact and preserving the environment and its resources.

There are more than 200,000 travel agencies worldwide, making millions of people travel every year. They have great potential to motivate tourists and the tourism industry to respect the environment and contribute to conservation.
Our goal is to make travel agencies Sustainable through compliance with the requirements in our dedicated Friend of the Earth certification standard.
